QoQ as the part of EUKR is committed to the protection of your personal data and respects your privacy on all its websites on the eukr.be, eukr.eu and quantumofquanta.org domains.
Quantum of Quanta (QoQ) is a project established, maintained and administered by EUKR ASBL. The quantumofquanta.org website forms part of the websites and services managed by EUKR ASBL and is subject to the same general privacy framework.

The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for EUKR ASBL’s legitimate interests in administering its activities, maintaining accurate records, preventing fraud and responding to supporters.
Such data is retained for the periods required by applicable accounting or other legal obligations, or otherwise only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. The external provider’s own processing is subject to its own privacy policy.
Safeguarding information
Service providers processing personal data on behalf of EUKR ASBL are required to protect its confidentiality and security and to act in accordance with applicable data protection law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Belgian data-protection law.
